Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are in unused and original condition. All orders can be returned before 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
So you can easily return your purchase back to our office. We will provide a free return label for your return. Please email info@jamandrico.com to receive your return label. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
RETURNS VIA USPS
1. Print out the return form emailed to you.
2. Place merchandise in the package.
3. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
4. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
REFUNDS
1. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)
2. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of your item(s). 3. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
